Fred Grafton - President (fred.grafton@gmail.com): Fred joined ENSGA in 2019. Fred retired in 2009 after a 33-year career with Caterpillar. During his time at CAT he worked in Marketing, including many years living overseas (Geneva, Rome, Paris). Fred ran two software companies for Caterpillar and was the E-Business Manager for North America. Fred ended his career at Caterpillar as the Manager of Innovation where his job was to bring in new technology to the corporation to solve on-going problems. Fred splits his year between Omaha (when it’s warm) and Austin, TX (when it’s cold).
ENSGA Executive Board Members
Dan Jensen - Vice President (ensga.djensen@gmail.com; sandwedge053@yahoo.com): Dan joined ENSGA in 2014. Dan retired in 2020 from Intrado Corporation (formerly West Corp). Dan has held several business management positions during his career including accounting, finance and corporate real estate. Dan was a charter member of Pines Country Club, Valley, from 1979 to 2001. As President of the club in 1986, Dan played a key role in developing a business plan and securing financing for the Pines members to purchase the club from Wagner Mills. In 1987, he became General Manager of the Pines and served in that role until May1994. Dan and his wife Cheryl reside in Omaha year-round but enjoy frequent trips to warm sunny beaches anywhere, anytime.
Rod Rathbun - Secretary & Communications Manager (ensga.help@gmail.com): Rod joined ENSGA in 2005 and became a Board member in 2012. Rod has worked for National Indemnity Company in Omaha since 1974 and continues to work on a part time basis for the company in 2023. He works in the Finance Department and has duties related to Compliance and certain aspects of Insurance reporting to States and Agencies, plus he has been involved in developing Financial operational systems for many years, including before PC's were available to companies and when most things were done manually. As Communications Manager Rod is responsible for monitoring and managing member communications within and regarding Golf Genius.
Kevin Hughes - Treasurer (khughes.ensga@gmail.com): Kevin joined ENSGA in 2014 and began serving on the Board in 2020. Kevin semi-retired in 2019 from Bland & Associates, P.C. (Omaha based CPA firm) after nearly 20 years of service. He plans to permanently retire in 2024 coinciding with the retirement of his wife (Pam). Kevin has served the field of public accountancy for more than forty years in many roles. Most recently Kevin helped lead the Firm’s Governmental Fraud, Waste and Abuse division as a Director working closely with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Kevin currently serves as the Parish Finance Committee President at St Philip Neri-Blessed Sacrament Parish and is Financial Secretary for the local Knights of Columbus Council 05287. Kevin also enjoys bowling (most of the time) and pickleball during golf’s off-season. Kevin and Pam reside in Omaha but plan to travel more frequently to take advantage of their retirement years.
